The Space:
Our apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Indianapolis! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! Please note that one wall in the bedroom does not go all the way up to the ceiling.
A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. While there is no parking included with this stay, street parking is available around the building and in the area.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy!
A note about dogs ($75 fee, only dogs are allowed): We welcome your furry friend to join you during your stay, as long as the following rules are followed. Failure to abide by these will result in additional fees and possible eviction without refund: Breed Restrictions: No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, or mixes of these breeds. Weight Restriction: No dogs over 50 lbs. Age Restriction: Minimum 6 months old. Other Restrictions: Must be on a leash at all times, no exceptions. If left alone in the apartment, they must be in a kennel/cage at all times. Please be a good neighbor and pick up after your furry friend at all times.
The gym is available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if this amenity is not available; whether for routine maintenance or any other issue. Abusing this privilege may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
The suite is centrally located in the heart of downtown Broad Ripple, right along the White River. Not only does this location offer incredible views, but it also provides unrivalled accessibility in this incredibly pedestrian and bike-friendly neighborhood. Located directly off the Monon Trail, you'll love being able to step out for a scenic walk or bike ride whenever you'd like. You can also head over to one of the many nearby parks, including Broad Ripple Park, Efroymson Riverfront Garden, and Riverwood Park for relaxing strolls. Try out one of the many restaurants, cafés, and bars within walking distance, including local favorites like The Garden Table, Canal Bistro, 317 BBQ, Flatwater, Union Jack Pub, Hubbard & Cravens, and 3 Sisters Café. Explore downtown Broad Ripple to find unique shops that include vintage clothing stores, indie vinyl stores, and more. For fun weekend activities, you can catch a movie at Landmark’s Glendale Theater or explore the Indianapolis Art Center. Nightlife opportunities are abundant with venues like The Vogue Theater, The Red Room, and more close by. There will never be a shortage of things to do during your stay in Indianapolis.
Getting Around:
Broad Ripple is ranked as one the five best Indianapolis neighborhoods. Indianapolis is an extremely walkable city, making it easy to take in the sights by foot or bike. IndyGo provides bus service with over 30 fixed routes from their downtown transportation hub. The new Red Line is the city's first bus transit line with electric buses, platform level boarding, and high frequency service to 13 miles stretching from Broad Ripple in the north, through the heart of Indy's convention district, to the University of Indianapolis in the south. Indianapolis was named one of the best cities to see from a bicycle, thanks to the city’s flat landscape, innovative Indianapolis Cultural Trail, and abundance of bike paths. The new Pacers Bike Share Program has two convenient rental locations in the city. Indy is also proclaimed as one of the most walkable downtowns in the country. Rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft are also available and make for a convenient way to get around the city as well. Do you already have a vehicle? Driving by car also makes it easy to travel from spot to spot.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.

Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
