Positive: The flat was close to the blue metro. Area felt safe. The kitchen had coffee and pots and pans.
Negative: 1. Dirtyness: The apartment was dusty as if nobody ever cleaned it. The fan on top of the bed had so much dust on it you could see it hang down in fluffy bits. The floor was sticky as well and the kitchen utensils were dirty. The bed headboard was so dusty I kept sneezing. 2. Unsafe electrics: there is a plug right next to the shower head in the bathroom! 3. Old and rusty bathtub. 4. Inconvenient spaces: there was a wardrobe but not very much space to hang clothes in it. The couch was for 1 person only. The host says there is a washing machine but laundry was shared and you had to pay for it. 5. Very noisy old fridge: it kept us awake at night since there was no bedroom door.
