The Space:
Our apartment brings historic charm and modern upgrades that blend together perfectly to create a unique experience unlike anything else in the city. This two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay in St. Louis! The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. There is even free Wifi!
Please note that while there is a fireplace in the unit, it is not functional and should not be used. Also note that there is one step leading to the balcony of this suite.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. There is no parking included with this stay. There is metered street parking and a parking garage nearby at additional cost to you. We cannot guarantee proximity, pricing, or availability of parking options.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Our suite is located in the heart of downtown St. Louis, close to the Mississippi River. Not far is the iconic, 630-ft. Gateway Arch, built in the 1960s, honoring the early 19th-century explorations of Lewis and Clark and America's westward expansion. Take a walk around the block to grab groceries from Schnucks Culinaria market. Walk a block in the other direction to find the top restaurants and bars in St. Louis. Are you into baseball? Catch a game at nearby Busch Stadium. If you're seeking some excitement, hop on over to Six Flags St. Louis. There is also plenty to do at St. Louis Union Station! Along the way you will definitely want to stop and taste the local cuisine. Some local favorites include spots like Budweiser Brewhouse, Broadway Oyster Bar, Baileys' Range, Bally Sports Live, The Schlafly Tap Room, and so many more. No matter what direction you look, the heartbeat of downtown life is right around the corner.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Louis is by car or MetroLink. St. Louis MetroLink is an efficient light rail system that offers several stops throughout the city. This incredibly foot-friendly city center provides visitors & residents convenient access to anything in the area. Out of all its neighborhoods, Saint Louis' downtown is the most walkable. The city offers several bike share programs throughout the area. Ride sharing companies like Uber and Lyft are also popular in the area. No matter the travel method, you will have several options at your fingertips as you make your way through St. Louis.
