This 1,228 SF condo will accommodate up to 6 guests, and has been completely remodeled with all new furniture, decor, paint, quartz kitchen counters, comfortable mattresses and linens. The balcony provides high-end leisure seating, reclining chaise loungers and a dining table and chairs to ensure you can enjoy the incredible scenery in any way you like.

• Parking passes are $40 per vehicle and will need to be purchased at the resort Office upon arrival.
• If guest has a 2nd vehicle, guest will pay the office staff $40.00 for an additional parking pass. Guest must park in the garage across from the building. There is a pedestrian bridge or crosswalk to access the parking garage.
• Security enforces use of the armbands as well as no drinks near the pools or hot tub. Armbands to be picked up at the resort office upon arrival.
• Per the resort rules, you must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent, no exceptions.
