Villa Donato is a lovely spacious villa located in the Matagorda area and only a 10 minute drive from Arrecife airport. Perfect for couples and families wanting to enjoy a holiday that is home from home with a private pool and fantastic ocean views. Villa Donato is situated in a perfect location directly in front of Matagorda beach and has direct access to the pedestrian walk way and cycling lane that runs along the coast line. It is only a 5 minute walk to local amenities, a shopping centre with bars, restaurants and a supermarket. This comfortable villa is perfect to enjoy Lanzarote’s year round sunshine; it has an outdoor dining table under a pergola if you'd rather eat under shade and also a patio table next to the built in BBQ for those wanting to enjoy outdoor al fresco meals. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. The 3 bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. Both bathrooms have a bath with an overhead shower, a single washbasin and WC, a hairdryer is also provided. We also have an indoor dining table and a comfortable lounge with Sat TV and free Wi-Fi. The pool is 8m x 3.5m and 1.10m x 1.5m deep, there are roman steps in the shallow end and a ladder in the deep end, electric pool heating is included in the price during the winter months.
