Friendly Native 704 has nice updates: a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. Unit 704 has a TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The condo has a view of the tranquil courtyard, the shuffleboard court, and the tiki hut. Unit 704 has a fully equipped kitchen, free wireless internet access, a beautiful new bathroom, and more. The unit is a short walk across the street from endless walks in the sand on St. Pete Beach. This unit offers a perk of 2 doors for entry and exit - one door takes you to the courtyard, and the other door off the kitchen takes you to the heated pool area and beach. Summary: We did not stay due to hurricane. So we can not rate anything from above in regards to how the place looked in regards to cleanliness. I was unhappy with how it was handle in regards to hurricane. They continued to tell us it was safe to come when airport was shut down and entire area had a mandatory evacuation
