Welcome to “Sol Shine”. Stay a whole weekend, one of the few Friday to Friday rentalsThis newly renovated home has everything you need, right down to the toilet paper, coffee and paper towels. The breezy decor will be just what you need to complete your vacation. This 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home will feel like home away from home. This home is merely minutes from all things Snead’s Ferry, and 10 mins from all things Surf City. And best of all steps off your own private beach access, that comes right up to the porch. All porches are dog and kid friendly with gates to lock off certain areas. With a reverse floor plan, you will get ocean views from the living space (3rd story), where you will find a flat screen TV, ample seating for the whole crew, a fully stocked kitchen, a deck with a million dollar view, and the first of two master suites with a king bed. On the second story, you will find coastal decorated queen bedroom and 2 twin bunks, which share a full bathroom. You will also find the washer and dryer on this level. Last but not least on this floor is the second master suite with a king bed and a million dollar view from your wall of windows. On the loft level you will find a queen suite, and you will feel like you are in a tower of a castle, with unobstructed sound and ocean views. Unit is also equipped with sleeper sofa. Unit is equipped with keyless entry, so closer to your arrival you will get you own personal code to enter. No hassle to pick up the keys. The first floor you will find a foyer to store all your beach belongings. With a quickie entrance to the beach and the mega shower area out the back door. Provided as a personal touch to this house and not like any other on the island; -coffee, creamer and sugar for coffee maker -aluminum foil, plastic wrap -huge spice selection -oil and non stick spray -games for the family -adapted smart TVs in most rooms -beach towels (12) -beach bag -soft cooler -laundry detergent -soap bars in every bathroom -hand soap in every bathroom and kitchen -a few beach chairs -clean and well maintained linens (sheets, extra pillows, pillow cases, blankets, and bath towels (one set per guest)) everything is already in place when you get there. -equipped for one toddler as well. A baby gate on the main floor and one pack and play and a highchair. Pack and play comes with mattresses and sheets. Come enjoy our home!!!
