Your home is directly across the street from the beautiful Prentiss French Park, complete with a walking trail, playground, and picnic tables for your wine and charcuterie lunch. Not only are you across the street from the park, but there are four other parks within a five-minute walk from your home.
Only 5 blocks away you will reach the shores of one of Venice Beach. Most tourists use the main beach entrance where free yoga classes are offered every morning and evening. If you'd like a more local experience, check out the Alhambra Rd beach entrance early in the morning where you can often find yourself alone with the view.
