The CBD and brand new Queensland Country Stadium are all moments away. Elegant and spacious Fresheyre is set on a tree covered block a one level Queenslander. The home is fully air conditioned with high ceilings, fans and traditional spaces. An elegant kitchen opens out with a full width servery bi fold window to a bar area that transforms the space bringing the outdoor area to life. A barista machine is included for an early morning coffee. Bedrooms are elegant comfortable with a huge main compete with your own lounge. Large bathroom with Double sinks bath and separate shower make for an intimate space. There is a fire pit a BBQ for your convenience perfect for enjoying family time.

-This property has a minimum age limit of 25 and above to make a booking. The house has a strict NO PARTY policy. If you want to party all weekend this house is not for you. The neighbours will not tolerate it and you will be asked to leave. The home is for relaxing and enjoying the space, not partying til all hours.
-Only paying guests are allowed in the property. No more guests than total amount on the booking.
-Please treat and respect the house as if it were your own.
- Pets are strictly outside only
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
- Do not spill drinks in the spa a fee will be charged if the water is contaminated
- No Schoolies Groups.
- No Hens or Bucks Groups.
- Before check out, all air conditioners must be turned off, all dishes must be washed, dried and put away, the BBQ must be cleaned, and all rubbish must be removed from the house.
