This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully air conditioned apartment is perfect for either friends or family to enjoy.

There is a large comfortable corner sofa, and a separate dining area with a table that can seat four.
The spacious modern kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four, and is fully equipped with everything you might need.

Summary: This is a very well equipped and comfortable apartment close to all you need to see in Nice. We walked from the train station to the apartment with our luggage which was pretty easy. We had a drink in the Busby hotel across the street while we waited for our checkin with Dorine which was also easy, and informative. It's a 4 or 5 min walk to the esplanade and is surrounded by shops, restaurants and grocery stores. I would definately recommend it for a comfortable stay for 4 people.
