This true log cabin offers guests plenty of room with three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as two acres of land on Fightingtown Creek. The main level of the home features two of the bedrooms and two of the bathrooms, the spacious great room, the eight-seat dining room, and the laundry. It also features high vaulted ceilings, a beautiful stone fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. The home is beautifully furnished, and the décor of cabin is the perfect mixture of comfort and luxury.
The finished basement has a living area with a pool table, a third large bedroom and a full bath. Guests can enjoy the sound of the creek while relaxing on the top deck or step out onto the lower deck of the home to relax in the hot tub. Two firepits are the perfect spot for roasted hot dogs or smores, and the large Adirondack chairs and covered pavilion allows the pure serenity of Fightingtown Creek flows through the backyard.
Great for kayaking, tubing, trout fishing or just relaxing, Chimney Path is just minutes from town and 20 minutes from Blue Ridge. This is a great location for those who want to visit the Toccoa\Ocoee River, visit local antique shops, or take part in events happening in the area, including many outdoor activities. Hiking, kayaking, tubing, free white water rafting, paddle boarding, horseback riding, and free zip-lining are all just outside the cabin door.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
