The villa is a leading self-catering holiday villa in Majorca, near the beach of Portals Nous. Guest will be surprised with its amazing facilities and luxurious accommodation, if you have planned for self-catering holidays in Majorca you will be staying at one of the most wonderful Villas on the Island while experiencing the beautiful surrounding area, beaches and local village of Portals.
Our management team will be waiting for your arrival with a warm friendly welcome to show you personally around the property, also to find out if there are any requirements or assistance you may need while staying at the Villa. All our guest receive a complimentary starter holiday pack.
The Space:
Air-conditioned bedrooms throughout with modern chic bathrooms, spacious lounge with large Italian leather sofas, the interactive tv disappears into the ceiling allowing uninterrupted sea views when the windows slide fully open.
The villa has high speed WIFI across all inside and outside areas, TVs are connected directly to the internet. A Sonos music system is available throughout the villa, alfresco dining, gym and spa areas so guest can log on and chose whatever music takes their fancy.
A Pedni Italian kitchen with the latest Bosc built in oven, steamer and coffee machine, 12 place dishwasher, Wok hob, filtered chilled drinking water from the tap and wine fridge are in the kitchen with lots of work tops and storage space. Fully equipped with 12 seater place settings and all guest would expect from a high end ergonomically designed catering kitchen for ease of use, to create unforgettable dining experience day or night.
On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms one is a Queen size bed and the other a pair of adult size bunk beds with safety boards for younger guest, each with their own internet tv. A chandelier lights the way to the other 3 bedrooms which are on the first floor. A master bedroom that has a luxury on suite with full bath, blade shower, tile tv, then leads out on to a large balcony overlooking Magnificat Seaview’s while lying on a emperor size bed, a delightful sea breeze coming in through open full sliding windows. The blue bedroom has Super King Bed with amazing sea views, final in the large 3rd bedroom which has a Xbox, sky tv system and supper king bed. Again, you can walk out on to a large private balcony overlooking Palma Bay of Mallorca. All bedrooms have black out blinds and curtains with the supper comfortable mattresses to make sure guest get a good night’s rest.
All outside areas have been designed to provide the best in relaxation and entertainment for all ages. Allowing for time in quite spaces while other members of the family enjoy more invigorating pursuits.
