Brand New This Year! Located high above West Lake for an incredible view of the Sandbanks Dunes and West Lake Water Park. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. The Kayaks are also free and the Stand Up Paddle boards. The property has 3 bedrooms, a master and 2 rooms with bunk beds along with a pullout couch. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with a breakfast table. The full size bathroom has a large shower and vanity. Outside the living space is just as big as inside, spend the nights around another dining table or staring at the stars and Water Park from the large deck. The cottage is located in a family orientated trailer park with excellent neighbours and quiet time every night at 11pm. This property also comes with a FREE Sandbanks Beach Pass.

Summary: Partly enjoyed my stay - nice location with a great view of the lake only hiccup was running out on Natural Gas for 2 days and a power failure in the middle of the night lasting 4 hours. This freaked out the kids. Queen bed creaks and is not comfortable. Hot water stopped working. Rental care-taker provided a portable hot plate which we used to boil hot water. The furniture (couch) really really needs an upgrade. It's in such a bad shape that we all avoided staying on it without using a covering on it. Its looks really gross. For the money paid, we deserve better.
