Positive: Fresh, clean, all new appliances, new bathroom, new kitchen supplies, fresh paint, some food staples provided
Negative: Had to struggle with rental agent for a long time trying to get access codes for building and apartment; apartment keypad was almost entirely useless, had to finally insist on a real key; the building rental agent was inside the apartment when we finally got in - he had no idea that we had rented the unit for a week and was about to show the apartment; multiple repair issues upon arrival - both towel bars were broken in bathroom, multiple window shades were coming off, a glued mirror had fallen off the bedroom wall, several door stops were broken off, the toilet flapper constantly hung up leaving the water running. The indoor parking was a block away (no notice of this prior to arrival) and the apartment was very noisy from floor above. No closets or dressers, just coat racks. Rental agent was apologetic and offered a discount for a future use - nothing offered against what we paid FOR THIS STAY.
Summary: Very poor attention to needed repairs, but otherwise a clean, safe and comfy place to stay.
