If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! Recently updated with all NEW windows and sliding glass doors! This beautifully decorated Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with vinyl plank flooring throughout the living/dining areas and brand-new sheers and black out curtains in every room. It offers 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has a King bed, its own full bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The living room also features a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The generously sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.
Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: everything was lovely except the TV was impossible to figure out. It would be very helpful to have instructions. Also, the toliets are very low. When changes are made, please use compfort height. Any possibility of have some hand rales -grab rails in at least one bathroom for safety.
