This spacious and updated 2-level townhome offers almost 1,000 square feet of living space. It's been freshly painted with updated LVP floors and new cabinetry! Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room features brand new furniture offering guests ample, comfortable seating which includes a pullout sofa, love seat and recliner. Also includes a large Smart TV. Step out on the patio to relax in the brand-new seating and enjoy the scenery. The back yard overlooks the putt-putt course and the nearby shuffleboard courts. For your convenience, a half bathroom is also located downstairs and a full-sized washing machine and dryer for your use off the patio.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a Smart TV and private access to the second story balcony overlooking the putt-putt course.
