Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "Villa Anesi" you also get to use a golf cart for the week!! This golf cart is street legal, so not only can you drive it to the beach access right across the street, the community pool, and all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place!
As soon as you arrive at Villa Anesi, you will immediately feel right at home, and we have a feeling you aren't going to want to leave! A short walk to the beach and the community pool, this home is in the perfect location! Not feeling like walking to the beach, take a ride on the golf cart that comes with the home!! (Golf cart requires an extra fee)
Upon entering, you will notice that the open-concept living kitchen and dining area are beautifully decorated, and have everything you need to relax on your vacation! The dining area features a large table with seating for up to 8-9 people, with room for three more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances. There is also a large flat screen mounted in the kitchen as well! There is a half bath off the kitchen for added convenience. The living room features a large plush sectional, perfect for lounging after a fun-filled day. The living room also features a large 75” flat screen T.V. with Sonos Surround Sound.
Off the kitchen, you will find the large covered back patio with flat screen T.V.! Spend your evenings relaxing outdoors and cooking delicious dinners on the natural gas grill.
Also on the first level of the home is one of the master suites, with a king-sized bed, and a private spa-like bathroom!
The second level of the home features two more bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds and their own private bathrooms, giving this home THREE master suites! Up to the third floor, you will find the second living area with a wet bar, large flat screen T.V and two sofas that turn into queen memory foam sleepers! Off the third-floor living room head out to the large balcony and enjoy the views of the gulf!!
There is also a bunk room on this level with two sets of bunk beds.
