Summary: The place overall was a very nice, updated and well furnished place. The location is great especially the private beach aspect. You need a wristband to set up on the beach and there is a patrol woman that monitors everything which is great. A few issues: a lot of outlets just didn't work so it was a bit of a struggle to simply charge your phone, they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels for 6 adults and a toddler for a week stay, the tvs were complicated to use and when I figured out how they worked they ended up not working at all. For management, they were informative and sent many texts about the stay but mostly automated responses. They sent me the updated gym code which was appreciated. I asked about the tv not working but never got a response back which isn't a big thing because I could cast everything to the tv anyway. But the biggest thing was that they had asked if we wanted to come a day early meaning they had not rented it out but we couldn't do it because we were flying in and didn't want to deal with switching flights. But we were getting in before the check in time (4 pm) so knowing they didn't rent the place out the night before we had asked in advance if we could check in early. We said we were even willing to pay a fee. But we just got a canned response saying the cleaners couldn't get it ready before 4 pm but never an actual response from a human being. We tried a couple more times with not even a canned response after that.
