Our spacious and airy 4BR / 3Bath corner unit has floor-to-ceiling windows and a large balcony directly on the Gulf. Silver Beach Towers features an expansive pool deck with two large pools, hot tubs, showers and its private, velvety sand beach on the Emerald Coast. You will have 3 complimentary reserved daily beach setups (at owners cost) with three (3) umbrellas and six (6) recliners. Our on-site representative will greet you, assist you with contingencies, and familiarize you with facilities, beach access, and the outdoor garden grills. Plus, you will have exclusive use of assigned covered garage parking spot No. 136, adjacent to the western West Tower entry, luggage carts, and elevators. With only three condo units per floor, you will experience quiet surroundings and convenient elevator service to the beach and your vehicle.... Destin is known for its number and variety of restaurants, fresh caught seafood, water sports activities, boating and fishing waters. Summary: We had THE BEST time staying at Silver Beach Towers. The condo was super clean and the view from the balcony was to die for. Everything we needed was available in the unit (towels, sun hats, laundry, kitchen stuff, play pen!!!). The decor was great, made it feel very homey. The property manager (James) was very friendly and super helpful. He kept us updated with things/emergencies going on in the building and was available to answer our questions via text any time. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay, including our kids. We can’t wait to come back next year!!! I’d give them 20 stars if I could!
