This vacation rental home is close to Island shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path, St. George Lighthouse Museum and State Park. The fashionable shops, restaurants and arts scene of Apalachicola is just 25 minutes by car!
The exterior of this home offers convenient, under-house concrete parking. Spend the afternoon floating in the pool with a great book or go fishing and return with a fresh catch you can prepare at the fish cleaning station and charcoal grill. A sundeck and exterior staircase just off the kitchen makes accessing the pool with snacks and beverages a breeze.
A large exterior front staircase leads you to the interior of the home. The open living/dining/kitchen area is ideal for family gatherings & the décor creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy time with family and friends. The open living area provides plenty of space to gather and offers a wood burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights, a flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa and direct access to the open deck and screened porches with Gulf views through French doors.
The dining room comfortably seats 8 guests for your coastal feast or a friendly game of cards. The well-appointed kitchen offers a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The NE king bedroom with flat screen TV shares the full hall bathroom. Two SE twin bedrooms (sleeping 2 each), both with TV's and direct exits to the East screened porch share a full convenient Jack & Jill bathroom.
