The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers a fitness center, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 4-1202 is located in Tower 4 on the 12th floor. Summary: Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here. First of all, it was clean and had everything you would need. Beautiful view of the ocean from living room and bedroom. Elevators were fast even though there’s only two for the whole building. The negatives were the water pressure in the shower. It barely has any! Also, I noticed two bolts missing from the balcony rails. Hopefully that gets fixed quick. The water dispenser on the fridge isn’t hooked up to water. Also the mattress toper is super loud. Sounds like crumbling paper anytime you move. So be ready to hear it all night.
