This fantastic private beach house is just perfect for your next holiday being only a 2 minute level walk to the surf and sand of MacMasters Beach. The main dwelling has all the comforts required with polished timber flooring, air-conditioning and combustion fireplace for those cosy winter getaways. The modern kitchen with dishwasher looks out onto the front entertaining deck and the main living is light and spacious. There are two bedrooms, main with queen bed and the second two singles, two new bathrooms, plus a loft reading/games area. At the rear is a large covered entertaining area and a studio queen bed with ensuite and laundry standing in a beautiful tropical garden. Also features include Wi Fi, TV, CD system, gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating.
Please note there is no guest access to the garage.
Macmasters Beach is a comfortable and scenic 90 minute drive north of Sydney CBD and is a pet-friendly beach. The Kincumber shopping centre is nearby and has a large Coles and is open until late for grocery shopping. If you want to explore further, Bouddi National Park is nearby and it is great for bush walks and swimming at Maitland Bay Beach (unpatrolled). Further along the Killcare peninsula is Killcare Beach and Hardys Bay - a 15 minute drive away offering Homeware and Gift shopping, local cafes, boat and paddle board hire and the renowned Bells at Killcare restaurant The Wild Flower Dining. Avoca and Terrigal Beaches are both 10-15 minutes drive away and also offers swimming, surfing, shopping and dining.
Erina fair shopping centre is only a 15 minutes drive away with a great selection of shops and restaurants along with a Hoyts Cinema.

Summary: Frangipani House is the perfect place for a relaxed family holiday. Our son and his young family slept in the main house, we were in the comfortable studio in the back yard. This is a spacious and comfortable house, with a luscious garden and just a few minutes walk to two surf beaches, a rock pool and a lagoon. No crowds, just relaxed, friendly people and lots of birds for our little ones to enjoy. Also, a great collection of books on the mezzanine and a tuned piano. Perfect.
