Positive: The apartment was quite large and spacious with good natural lighting, and double pane windows, which kept any street noise out. It had a large dining room table, which would have been great for me to work on. It had a large lovely patio with comfortable patio furniture.
Negative: The outdoor temperature dropped a lot while I was there, but there was no way to turn on any heat. I was VERY uncomfortable and, even when it warmed up outside, it was colder inside! I had to find a warm cafe to get my work done. There were some convenient appliances (washing machine, digital cooktop/oven), but there were no directions how to use them. Communication with the staff was difficult! They were slow answering my messages and a couple went unanswered. There was a definite language problem since I am not fluent in French. The answers I received to my messages were generally in French and sometimes incorrect (when it came to the heat). If they are to appeal to an international market, it would benefit them to provide directions in multiple languages or make it clear in their property description that French is the only language spoken.
