Completely remodeled in 2018. Cottage on a quiet bay. You have your own private pier to dock your boat, use the rowboat or kayaks provided, watch wildlife, or enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our updated patio area. We take great pride in offering a clean and comfortable place for you and your family to stay while visiting the Waterford and Milwaukee area. This cozy waterfront cottage combines rustic scenery with easy access to the many attractions located in the Waterford area. The cabin is furnished with a queen-size bed and TV in one bedroom, a full-size bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the loft bedroom for the kids. The full kitchen features a coffee maker, oven with gas cook top, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator, and toaster. Washer/Dryer, cooking utensils, towels, and linens provided. Relax by the fire pit or on the patio overlooking the water. We are looking for people who can be considerate of our neighbors, as the cabin is part of a residential area. On the Fox River in a quiet bay, south of Tichigan Lake in Waterford, we are located near restaurants, shopping, snowmobile trails, and bike trails. Perfect for the family who enjoys swimming, tubing, water-skiing, fishing, snowmobiling, hunting, or just plain relaxing. Our place includes 2 kayaks and a row boat free to our guests. 1 small non-shedding pet considered for an $25 per night fee: A signed pet addendum agreement is required. If you have any special requests please let us know by calling or emailing us. If there are any daytime guests visiting please let us know. There will be an extra charge for larger gatherings. Pontoon Rental: The lake bottom is muck as with most river bottoms. Swimming around our pier is not advised or conducive. There is a boat rental available at River City Marina. Ask for Scott. Check out the sky bar next to River City Marina (Doc's on the Fox) Take your boat and pickup your Friday fish fry at the Docks on the Fox. Five Minutes to 45 holes of golf... And Over 100 holes within 20 minutes. 25 minutes to Alpine valley for you skiers. Over 20 miles of biking and walking trails.
