Cook dinner in the completely equipped kitchen following a day of shopping, golf, hiking woodland trails, horseback riding, fishing, ziplining or rafting in the surrounding area near Dillard, Georgia, and Highlands, North Carolina. After ice skating or snow tubing 4 miles away at Scaly Mountain, view an after-dinner movie in the downstairs media room, with a 100" screen and HD projection tv - perfect for those fall football games. Toast marshmallows around the firepit or in the wood burning fireplace while enjoying the cool evenings afforded by the 3200 feet of elevation. You will also have access to the pool, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, and pickleball courts at Sky Valley.
Enjoy the level entry, two car garage, and the welcoming great room with stacked stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, laundry room, and three bedrooms (one king, two queens.) An additional bedroom (king) and en suite bath are downstairs, as well as a pull out sofa sleeper.
