This three level home overlooking the 14th Fairway on Trillium Links provides space for everyone with 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms + a bonus room. On the upper level, the main living area includes a stone fireplace and TV, the dining area with 2 sets of doors to the upper deck, and kitchen with updated appliances. The upper deck provides an outdoor dining table, a fireplace, and seating to enjoy the view. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk in shower and a jetted tub. There is a half bathroom as well on this level. Downstairs, on the middle level, a second living area has a fireplace, TV, kitchenette and lower deck access from sliding glass doors. This level has three guest bedrooms, one kings and two queens, with bathrooms. On the lower level of the home is a third living area and sleeping area with two sets of bunk beds (4 twins) and a large bathroom. A Trillium membership will allow you access to amenities including golf, a well-equipped fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, tennis and more. Reservations for club amenities may not be made more than a week prior to the date you wish to reserve. The membership fee is included in the total amount given, but can be removed at your request if you wish not to participate in such amenities.
