Positive: Location was excellent for the Excel and Regent Prince tube station.
Negative: First day until 9pm the smoke alarm was beeping, this kept my young child awake past his bed time. We were told someone would be out to fix it, but nobody came until I complained again. Eventually some one came out and removed the faulty smoke alarm. Decoration needs serious attention as does the electrics, did not feel safe using many if the sockets as fittings were not fitted to walls properly and coming away
