Summary: This was a great property. I would recommend it to others. If offers fabulous views, an unbeatable location, it is a large unit with 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms, overall clean. Our stay was great, we had an issue with a leaking bedroom window. Things that would have improved our stay were: 1-better dryer...it took two hours every night to dry our towels 2-better refrigerator....the ice maker was very slow, we had to buy ice as the ice maker could not keep up with our demand for ice. The filtered water from the refrigerator was very slow, taking very long time to fill a glass of water. 3-the area to wash off sand would fill with a puddle of water that was dirty and gross. 4-gas fireplace is in need of cleaning. We did not use it, but it was not pleasing to look at all the dust/dirt buildup inside. 5-the bed sizes displayed in picture are not accurate. The one bedroom was described as having two single beds. It had a pyramid bed. Therefore we brought along the incorrect sheet sizes and had to go out to purchase new sheets for this bed. 6-I would have appreciated more communication from the owner about trash days, recycle guidelines, wifi password. I had to reach out to the owner to gain this information. The above are all suggestions for how to improve the unit for the future. I would recommend it to others.
