It has a modern design, very comfortable and cozy, with a magnificent view over the bay of Funchal, making it possible to watch and enjoy the fantastic fireworks display of the common terrace of the building (2 apartments) .
Consisting of a spacious bedroom (double bed) with complete ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
It has a private garage for a car (parking A) at no additional cost.
Excellent geographical location, close to the access to the highways, so you can travel all over the island and enjoy the beautiful natural landscapes, and close to the historic center of Funchal, and can even get around on foot.

Summary: Very good location. Near the city center.Very steep road to the garage, it requires good driving skills. Everything worked well. Enjoyed the sunrise from the little terrace while having breakfast. Nice view on the city and the ocean.
