Summary: Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know.
