Positive: This was a perfect spot. Handy to shops. So many little touches. Heaps of space. The pool area is amazing. Great temperature and shade. Pool toys were great.
Negative: If you are sensitive to noise you might prefer the top bedrooms. Definitely not the main downstairs one adjacent to the neighbours as the pool pump kicks in after 6am.
