Positive: Amazing location: safe area next to the old town - 5 mins easy walk to restaurants and centre square, 10 mins walk to the castle. The building is old but the apartments are very recently renovated. Everything is clean and in good order, with high quality bathroom and kitchen facilities. Supermarket literally in the same building - very handy.
Negative: There is a lot of echo in the place, which could become an issue if all apartments were filled. The parking situation may be challenging for unconfident drivers.
Summary: Excellent base for exploring inner Mantova.
