The Coach House is one of four properties at Ford Farm Barns, a 30-acre converted farm which now specialises in luxury holiday accommodation. Guests to this beautiful barn conversion will also enjoy the grassy lawns, garden games and tennis court found within the grounds of Ford Farm Barns. Located two miles north of the historic town of Bradford-on-Avon and just 8 miles from the cultural city of Bath.

The large open plan living area in this beautiful barn conversion provides the perfect place to gather with friends and family – sit chatting around the large oak table or relax on the cosy sofas set around the wood burner. The ceiling height windows flood this room with light and the large sliding door opens straight onto a private courtyard garden, with outdoor table and bbq for sunny afternoon gatherings. The Coach House is set over a single level, with the four comfortable bedrooms enjoying the wooden beams and vaulted ceilings of the original barn. Each has a superking bed (or 2 singles if preferred). The bedrooms are named after the arable crops found in the surrounding countryside:
Wheat bedroom – the largest bedroom with its own door straight into the garden and an en-suite bathroom with bath (shower over).
Oats bedroom – en-suite with shower.
Barley bedroom and Maize bedroom – share a large family bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower.
There is also a further WC and a utility room with washing machine and separate dryer for your use.
The Coach House is one of four properties at Ford Farm Barns, a family run business. Also available to rent is The Farmhouse sleeping 13, or 15 with toddler floor beds. In addition, there are two residential properties. If booking the Farmhouse and the coach house together then use of the swimming pool ( May - Sep ) at the Farmhouse will also be available for your use.
