Positive: Very close to university. Nice decoration and style. Immediate responses and help in anything. Very good people in the front desk. Calm place. Nice new furniture.
Negative: Better humidity management. The bathroom ventilators were very noisy. Clean service should be more often during stay. The bed sheets and the mattress moderate quality.
Summary: Very good for the price. Flexible and easy access. Good for students.
