4 Bedroom House in Surfside Beach, Myrtle Beach

Our home is located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground, a wonderful, lakefront, private, family home overlooking Magnolia Lake.
Located on Site MH-18A and built in 2005, the house is beautifully decorated, has four bedrooms with each connected to a full private bath. There are three deck levels with beautiful views of the lake and ocean. The decks are perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying the ocean breezes.
Just a short walk to the beach, water park, recreation center or arcade, and even shorter by golf cart. The house is fully furnished with 20 inch flat screen TVs in every bedroom and ground level deck plus a 42 inch TV with a VCR and DVD player located in the den area. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms, bathrooms, and den. There is covered parking under the house, but does not have to be used unless necessary because of space for four cars on the driveway. This allows all the space under the house to be used for fun and relaxation.
The house has a full view of the lake from both sides of the property with adequate railing surrounding the entire property to prevent child access to the lake. If you like to fish you will have the perfect spot. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

Summary: This house is amazing. Great location. Did not have to park under house so we could use it for entertaining. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Sammy and Teresa were great to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.
