The best place to enjoy life on the lake is outdoors and this home comes with multiple areas to enjoy! Including a large covered outdoor veranda on the main level with stone fireplace, LED TV, large dining table and adirondacks to take in the amazing wide views, enjoy morning coffee, gather for meals or share memorable gatherings all throughout the day. The lower level game room opens to a lower covered patio with a new luxurious Hot Springs HOT TUB, bar seating overlooking the lake and dock. Finally, a quick walk out to a fire pit terrace overlooking the water!
The home comes furnished with Comcast high speed WiFi, 3 large LED TVs with Xfinity cable and lots of room for family/friends on each of it's three floors and outdoor spaces. All the lake amenities that you could ask for are included with an oversized Raised Deck, Floating Dock, Private Swimming Area, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Large Upper Deck and Lower Patio, Game/Rec Room, Pool Table, Foosball, Large LED TVs, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Boat Anchoring and more! PLEASE NOTE: There is a gravel path from home down to dock with moderate steepness.
The main entry level has a large open living room with 65” LED TV, blu-ray player, a well equipped kitchen for cooking and eating with large groups, Master Suite (see bed sizes below), Guest Bedroom and full bathroom. The upper level includes vaulted walkway to 2 Bedrooms and full bathroom . The lower level has 2 Bedrooms and full bathroom as well as a large Rec Game Room, Pool Table, Foosball, Wet Bar and 65” LED TV.
Both the main, lower level including the bedrooms lead out to large outdoor spaces which are a convenient ways to enjoy the views and lake. Main level deck features a gas grill and abundant seating and tables for maximizing time outdoors during meals or morning coffee.
