Prior to checking in:
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites and balconies are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- A guest may ship packages for arrival 3-5 days prior to check-in. The packages must specifically include the name of the registered guest and the check-in date.
-- The 1st package 5 lbs. and under will be free of charge any additional packages under 5 lbs. will be $5 per package
-- Packages from 6 to 20 lbs. will be charged $10 per package.
-- Packages from 21 to 100 lbs. will be charged $30 per package.
-- Anything above 100 lbs. will be charged $.50 per pound.
-- Any pallets will be charged $400 per pallet.
When checking in on this Member Points Booking: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card will also be required as a security deposit (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). The Daily Resort Charge will be waived because this is a member point reservation. Daily Resort Charge should include: Internet access; mini-golf; sports equipment (tennis/basketball); shuttle service to Disney, Universal & SeaWorld; board games & DVD rentals; select daily activities; paddle boats; self-parking for one vehicle; barbecue equipment; PressReader access.
