This island cottage is in an ideal location. Newer construction. Easy 3 blocks to the beach and 7 blocks to the island's "downtown" restaurants and shopping. Four seat golf cart provided. Must be at least 18 years old with valid drivers license to drive golf cart. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a spacious living area and vinyl plank flooring. Outdoor shower. Cable and high speed internet provided.. It has a large sunny deck overlooking the fenced in yard making it a perfect getaway with your dogs. Large sitting area downstairs with a charcoal grill ideal for family cookouts with plenty of shade. Pet door leads to fenced downstairs area. Back deck with separate stairs off the kitchen offers easy access to the large back yard area with plenty of room for boat parking. New stainless appliances. Flip Flop Inn is on a quiet street but easy access to everything on the island. Great neighborhood!

Summary: The house was clean and had most everything you would need in a kitchen, which is great for those who plan to cook. The host was easy to get ahold of if needed and check in was very easy. The short walk to the beach was really nice and the addition of the golf cart was helpful and fun!
