Nestled just a five minute drive from Shellharbour Marina and Village, home to waterfront bars, restaurants, cafes and the beach, also only minutes to the mall, this home offers the ultimate group getaway. The home boasts a seamless open flow with a gourmet kitchen and spacious dining area, multiple alfresco spaces, central cooling and two full bathrooms. Shellharbour Junction is a 15-minute walk, with trains running along the coast and up to Sydney, allowing for easy exploration.
A spacious family retreat awaits you in Flinders. This home is all about easy coastal living, with Lake Illawarra on one side and the ocean on the other. Slightly elevated, it captures lovely fresh breezes from the balcony and plenty of natural light.
The main living and dining area is open plan and flows to the covered patio. Whip up a feast on the BBQ and make use of the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Sip your morning coffee up at the breakfast bar or come together for a shared meal, choosing from two dining areas. In the evening, relax in the main living area or TV room, allowing for separate entertainment zones for adults and kids.
