Summary: The apartment is nice, comfortable and well furnished. A lot of space and definitely good for a family (we have 2 kids). The complex in general is not new nor very modern, but it's definitely ok and well maintained. Small but clean and well maintained pool. Beach literally across the street. Bernard is very nice and easy to contact, he responded fast to all our messages. He was very fast in fixing an annoying issue we had in the house. We were a bit disappointed by the area. Most of Flic en Flac is residential and vacation houses, plus some luxury resorts. There are some restaurants and bars only along the seaside street. The closest grocery shop is more than 1km away. The beach is nice but not kids friendly as there are rocks and sea urchins very closed to the shore. But you can definitely enjoy an amazing sunset from the beach.
