This stunning beach side property is on the high side of Hazel Street and takes in the amazing sea views over the coastline and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living area's.
The rear balcony is undercover, perfect for entertaining or watching the children play in the back yard. Upstairs is the main bedroom with 2 way ensuite, now you can lay in bed on a lazy Sunday, in fact any day, and look out to the sea. The sea views will have you sitting for hours mesmerized by the divine coastal ambiance. The chefs modern kitchen enjoys open plan living. While you are cooking you can entertain guests in the family room and walk straight out onto the large balcony where you can sit with your favourite glass of wine, enjoying the sea views and sand dunes to your hearts content.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor plus main modern bathroom and separate laundry, all surrounding the 2nd living area, complete with a further large TV, DVD and PS3 console. There is also a table tennis set-up to keep the small (and big) children entertained.
