Summary: We were a group of 5 adults and found there was room for us to be comfortable in the home. The listing states there are 3 full bathrooms and we were only allowed access to 2 full bathrooms and the half bathroom. The pictures of the property don't reflect the outside condition of the home and property. During our stay, there was a heavy rainfall which resulted in water drips in the ceiling of one of the upstairs bedrooms and in the kitchen. The owner quickly responded and came to the home to ensure we didn't need any additional containers to contain the water (we used our own bins to catch the drips). The amount of rain and wind were beyond his control and it was appreciated he responded quickly to a phone call. During the visit to the home, we also let him know about the lights inside and outside of the home that needed to be replaced. He said he would be back in a few hours to do this however this didn't happen during our stay. Having the outside lights working would have been helpful as he had warned us there was a bear visiting the property which we saw. When we first turned on the tv, a signal wasn't available. Once it was connected to the internet, it worked although other guests may find it helpful to bring their own login information for options such as Netflix, Disney, etc. Overall, it is a reasonable home to stay in however we felt the pricing was a bit high for the condition of the home and the property.
