Free standing beach house across the road from famous Flat rock surf break. Ocean views from the front of house, Rainforest views and views to flat rock creek along the east side of house. No neighbors on the left just rainforest, very peaceful and private in the heart of Currumbin beachfront precinct. Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, timber floorboards throughout, air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, Foxtel, free wifi. Four large bedrooms, two bathrooms; one with massive spa, the house is superbly equipped to meet the needs of a beach holiday. Half pipe in backyard, children's playground across the road and next door. Beach front bike path out front that leads South to snapper rocks and Coolangatta and North to Currumbin Alley and Pirate Park. Elephant Rock, Currumbin SLSC, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary all 200 metres walk. No need for a car; cafes, beach, parks and shopping all within 200 metres walk. Commonwealth games bike and walk races 200 M walk. Plenty of parking space. All sheets and towels provided.
