Positive: Apartment was very spacious. It was very clean and had good air-conditioning, fans, kettle and everything else we needed. The owners let us have an early check in which was much appreciated. It's very close to 2 metro stations, a huge Carrefour supermarket, the excellent Bioparc, a bus stop, a pick up spot for the open top tour bus and lovely parks. There is also a small grocery shop directly underneath that was perfect for bread and drinks etc.
Negative: The 'third bedroom' was actually just an area off living room with a fold up bed and didn't even have a curtain to close it off so I wouldn't call it a 3 bedroom. I also thought from the description that there was a patio but there wasn't, just a shared courtyard downstairs but no seating.
