Positive: Very central, just off the main high street. Dog friendly, which is always a bonus as we love to be able to bring our furry friend away with us on trips and no extra cost, which is always much appreciated. Lovely home from home feel with all amenities including large TV in the livingroom. Large CO-OP nearby for food shopping if needed. Bread rolls, milk, tea and coffee plus an assortment of jams and marmalades on arrival was a lovely touch. Good sized rooms throughout, and we liked the separate kitchen/living room area. Comfortable fold out sofa bed in the living room and extra pillows and bedding provided. Lots of information leaflets with ideas on things to do and see in the area. Dedicated parking space at the back. Easy check-in with lock box entry.
Negative: Towel rail in the bathroom never seemed to turn on, so we could never get the towels fully dried. We did not mention this as we were only there 2 nights. Walk in shower so water does go over the main shower area and onto the bath mat and floor (a mop is provided in the bathroom) Blind in bedroom does not close fully, but they have also provided curtains-i had a sleep mask, so it didn't bother me too much as light was coming through in the morning. No tv in the bedroom (personal opinion as I know not everyone likes a TV there) however with 3 adults sharing the accommodation the living room was occupied by my parents for sleeping so it would have been nice to be able to go watch some TV in bed as we had different preferences/sleep schedules.
