Positive: The property was conveniently located to the city centre and close to family.
Negative: The kitchen facilities were basic and were split between the two bedrooms. It would be better if the kitchen facilities were together in one room. Also the bathroom needs re grouting as there is mould.
Summary: Great owners and conveniently located but only for a short stay due to lack of kitchen
