The third-floor elevator-accessed unit with an expansive western-facing screened lanai offers the perfect vantage point for incredible sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are only a short 1-mile drive, bike, or walk across the AMI Bridge to the sandy white beaches, cafes, and shops on Anna Maria Island! Sea Glass is a fully stocked condo with cookware, linens and three cable-ready TV's, internet, and WiFi. It accommodates up to 5 guests with one king, one queen, and one queen sofa sleeper and has a minimum 5-night stay. The resort has a swimming pool, splash pad, grills, picnic tables, lounge chairs, along with access to a unit-specific storage with beach supplies. The nearby Neal, Perico, and Robinson Preserves provide trails for wildlife viewing, picnicking, kayak launching and much more. The on-site marina is home to the Freedom Boat Club which offers boating without the expense of boat ownership. The Compass Hotel and Margaritaville-themed Floridays restaurant are a short walk away.
