Positive: Good location and swimming pool
Negative: The decking is dangerous with screws sticking up and timbers unlevel Two steps are broken on the steps into the pool, they are very sharp (I cut my foot) Architrave main bedroom hanging off Closet in the main bedroom the ceiling is damp and mouldy and was dripping water at times. The Linen in the main bedroom smelt damp. The wardrobe shelves were dirty and had to be cleaned prior to putting the clothes on Lightbulbs were missing and some lights were not working at all. The safe was unusable
