**NEW TO VRBO & AIRBNB** Thank you for checking out the Key Lime Cottage - a cottage by no means!! This will be your Florida Keys dream vacation destination!!! This newly renovated classic Keys Conch Home will not disappoint! Swimming, diving, fishing and boating along with easy access to all of Summerland key amenities. Set up with paddle boards, a large raft float, cornhole boards, board games, and plenty of fishing from the dock!
This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home is tastefully furnished with plenty of space for a large group and set up with separate living quarters, great for extended families! It is located on a deep boating canal in Summerland Key (3 ft. draft steady, 4ft./sailboats when the tide is right). There is immediate access to both the Atlantic or Gulf!! Conveniently located on Summerland Key close to all of the amenities to make your vacation or stay in the Keys the best possible! We are new to the rental market so we do not have a ton of reviews yet....so we will make sure your stay is the best possible while in the Florida Keys!

**Kitchen is stocked full of ALL of the amenities you could need with high end cookware too. Nespresso Vertuo Machine, Nespresso Original Machine, Milk Frother, Keurig Machine (w/ reusable pods), Toaster, Blender, Personal Blender, Rice Cooker, Air Fryer, Food Processor, Bakeware, Juicer, Large Cast Iron Skillet, All Clad frying pans, dutch oven, 13 x 9 glass baking dish, glassware - glass and plastic cups, coffee cups, tea kettle, tea pot with filter, two small tea cups, wine glasses (plastic), BBQ tools, plates/dishes for 10+

Summary: this was an awesome vacation. the house was perfect. the two living areas make it very private. the kitchen was very well equipped. better than any place that i have ever rented through vrob. the house was very clean on arrival. the boat dock was very convenient to reach the gulf and the Atlantic. very quit area situated between key west and marathon. jamie was a great host. we will stay ther again.
