Sam B's is a lovely Fisherman's Cottage - 3 Bed terraced home very near the harbour & waterfront. With great blend of character & modern comforts including smart modern kitchen & bathroom the large through living space with stone fireplace with kitchen opening out to pretty courtyard. This property has 1 double bed and family bathroom on the first floor with a further open plan double bed on the second loft floor with a single bedroom leading off this. Brixham is a family friendly small fishing town on the south Devon cost, South West England. You’ll find everything is on your doorstep – regardless of what your interests may be from stunning coastline and award-winning beaches to a wealth of visitor attractions, Brixham has all the ingredients for a fabulous holiday, any time of year. There is no parking at the cottage though you can park outside for 20 minutes to drop off your bags. You can drive around the back and up Station Hill to the top green there is usually some on road free parking up there otherwise the long stay car park is few minutes walk away. We have a property manager who lives in the area and is on hand to give detail of the key hand over and any other requirements.
